Numbers giving bad results

How is this even possible?

Are the numbers in D42 and/or D40 results of a formula ? my guess is that it's a rounding issue.


If you set the cell to accept no decimals, maybe your 2 is, in fact, 1,78 for example, since 1,78*237 gives approximately 423


Try this out and check if your results become coherent.


if you want to keep integer values only, try to use the ROUND function, which rounds numbers, as stated in this thread :
