icloud storage & change of apple id region
i have extra icloud storage and want to change my apple id region - will my storage be affected ?

You need to cancel all subscriptions and allow them to expire before you can change you region. After changing the region, take out a new iCloud subscription. You should have about 30 days to renew and not lose your data.
Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region.
