Cancel Apple Arcade Subscription
My Apple Arcade subscription was cancelled in January but I was just billed on Feb 11th. When I go to Edit Subscriptions on my Ipad I don't have a Manage or Cancel button. How can I cancel it?

We recommend reviewing the section "How to change your subscription plan on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in the article here: Change your subscription from Apple On the iPad you won't see a manage button, yet when you tap on the Apple Arcade option you should be presented with the red text to cancel.
If you don't see the Apple Arcade is listed to make changes, check out the article here: If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed
If you have any issues with canceling, or would like to request a refund you can report a problem using the steps here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

Thanks Erik-F for the helpful links, but they did not solve my problem. I had canceled the subscription early in January so the subscription showed as canceled and didn’t give me the option to do anything besides resubscribe. I requested - and received - a refund for the February charge and I’ll check in March to make sure it has been truly canceled this time.
