Watch face on Apple Watch SE is blown-up and I cannot get it back to normal size to see the time, use apps, etc.

My new Apple SE watch somehow has the watch face blown-up (like you can do on your iPhone by double-tapping) and I cannot get the watch face back to normal size to see the time and to use it in general. How do I fix this to reduce the photo watch face to normal size? Please HELP!
