Multiple Devices with one Log In

I am trying to set up a number of IPad's, where each IPad looks the same yet is managed under one account.

  • How can I set up multiple devices under one user name?
  • How can I lock the devices so only an admin user can make changes or download items.
  • How can I track all the devices and ensure they are being used properly

Side note, these laptops don't qualify for the "School Program" that Apple offers.

You will need to set up an Apple Business Manager account. This is where your devices all get tied together simply.

Once you do that, you need to choose a Mobile Device Management platform. This is where you manage, secure, and otherwise control the devices. Fleetsmith, Jamf Now, and Mosyle Business are excellent options.
