Phone pay & Googlepay App issue with iOS 12.4.8 for iPhone6 ??

After upgrading ios version to 12.4.8 for iphone6. Google pay and phone pay is not working and its showing UPI will work IOS version above 13. But latest version 12.4.8. Please let us know how we can resolve these issue ??

Your device can't be updated past 12.5.1 and you can use those apps.
