I have a late 2009 iMac with High Sierra 10.13.6, and am unable to download Catalina OS, is Mojave OS available?

Is Mojave OS available and will it work on a late 2009 iMac with High Sierra 10.13.6?

High Sierra 10.13.6 is the highest upgrade for a late-2009 iMac.
