Lost iTunes library (:

Out of the blue I lost my iTunes library. I checked it is on the hard drive but no longer synced to iTunes. All my support searches inform me to select the sync library option in general but it is not there. I do not utilized iTunes Match or Apple Music. so that "support" is useless as well.

iTunes library in iCloud I lost my iTunes library when the D:\ drive on my PC fried and had to be binned. The entire library is stored in the iCloud. I am able to access every single track from my iPhone and iPad (I have an iTunes Match subscription). How can I access the iTunes library from my PC (ideally to download the contents onto a new hard drive)? Grateful for any advice... AGH
