How do stop billing information pop-up when you don’t have a card on your account?
I have an account without a card that will not let me get free apps. How do I get the billing information pop-up loop to stop?

Regardless if the app is free or a paid version, if you are attempting to get it from the Apple App Store, you must have a credit/debit card assigned to your Apple ID ... otherwise, you will continue to see these prompts.
