Combine Disney+ & Hulu (bundle)

My Disney subscription runs through next January. I want to bundle my Disney and my Hulu accounts. Disney is through Apple but Hulu is not. Can this still be done or do I have to wait until next January?

That bundle is sold through Hulu, not through Apple.
