I recently bought a new computer; first new one in 12 years.
I have several square and small IPod Shuffles that I love for running.
However, with this computer, I cannot (in any way I see) delete the songs currently on any of the Shuffles.
Does this mean that Shuffles are obsolete with newer computers? Or, is there a way of still using these?

It should be deleted automatically when you select and sync new content. If not you can restore the device.

You should be able sync a playlist to the Shuffle, and have anything not in the selection removed automatically.

I think that would work; but, I cannot delete the music that is currently on the Shuffle. How does one do it?
