I lost my apple watch which was in AppleCare , do I get a replacement?

I doubt it. You would need an AppleCare+ plan - but it only covers an iPhone. Here is some useful info:

Find information about your warranty or AppleCare plan - Apple Support

AppleCare Products - Watch - Apple

File a claim if you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage - Apple Support

If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
