Hello Rohan,
I assume from the level of profanity that you have forgotten your Screen Time passcode. For that you will require your Apple ID. If you didn't want a passcode, you didn't need to set it in the first place. If you set it to stop a child from using features on your device then you've kind of defeated yourself. ;-)

Note you only need iTunes or a computer if this is not something iOS 14, but that's not what you put in the profile for this question. You will need your Apple ID though.
