Apple ID region

Hi, I wanted to change the region yesterday but I couldn’t because of Apple Music, but today I can’t download any app cause it says that I changed the region and I need to change it back ( in Germany as I am here), even though I didn’t change anything. What should I do? I don’t want to lose my Apple Music downloads and other stuff

It may be you managed to change your store region but not your country setting. Try this to get everything in line again:

Sign out of the iTunes Store [ https://support.apple.com/HT203983 ] and sign in again to get the iTunes Store region to match the region to which your Apple ID country is set. - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250611340?answerId=251184940022#251184940022

Go to: Settings > Account > Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region

Make sure it is set to your normal country.

In the "Media & Purchases" menu, sign out and then sign in again.
