Upgrading my cloud storage plan fails

I’ve been trying to upgrade my data storage to the full 2TB from the base plan Apple offers.


I’ve made the payment online and I have a screen shot showing it was <validated> but there is no upgrade to my plan.


Likewise I see no corresponding charge and no record in my Apple subscriptions records.

All in all, rather odd and frustrating.


Anyone have any suggestions to try to sort this out.



I'm leary of repeating the process and making duplicate charges.
