Apple arcade 3 months free trial disappeared

I bought a new ifone before two days .. when i opened the app store i found an offer for free three months apple arcade. After I restored my data on the fone i checked apple arcade and it mentions that i have one month free apple arcade.

how can i redeem the three months offer as it disappeared and i never used apple arcade before.

Its a new fone .. bought before 3 days so basically i should have the 3 months offer ..

it was showing but after i restored the data it changed to a one month free membership
