Temp is -14ºC. On watch dial, in the upper left corner, it shows “-1”. When I tap “-1” it shows the correct temperatures on the hour-by-hour display. This appears to be a bug. Watch Series 4 OS 7.3 (18S801), iPhoneOS 14.4

I would remove the complication, restarting the watch then try adding it back
