Account disabled.

Hi,

my account has been disabled. Recently, i apply for a refund of the subscription that was unknowingly subscribed. I tried to follow up that report but it said my account is disabled. Can you help?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
