Music (both Pandora and Apple Music) skipping while playing iPad Air
I have an older iPad Air (1st Generation Air) running the latest iOS it can take, iOS 12.6. When playing Pandora or Apple Music, the songs are skipping like a bad cell phone connection.
I noticed that the Pandora App "requires iOS 13" according to the App Store. That doesn't explain Apple Music behaving essentially the same way.
This does NOT happen at all when streaming Pandora on my iPhone 11 through the soundbar or by itself. Thus I can rule out the internet connection, or the Wifi connections. Happens on both 5G channels and the 2G channel the same.
Normally I stream music via BT to a soundbar, however, the skipping is the same whether playing through the iPad or over BT to the soundbar. Thus, I don't think it is the soundbar or Bluetooth related.
Interestingly, I can stream video on YouTube, YouTube-TV (live or recorded), Netflix, or Amazon Prime Video on the iPad Air w/o issue. It's just the music on Pandora or Apple Music that's skipping.
I know that an older iPad Air has little monetary value, but I thought I would relegate it to just a music device but this has me stymied.
This had not been an issue in the past; so would rolling back to an iOS in the 11.0 series be useful?
