Refund

I have requested refund for an app I bought on appstore, I use debit card(visa) and it will take me 30 days to get the money back right? Another question is that I want to buy that app again and I have to pay money for that again, so whether I can get the money back from the previous purchase.

"After you request a refund, you'll receive an [email*] update" as to whether you have been granted a refund "within 48 hours." If your request is granted "the time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method." Refunds go back to the method used to make the payment originally.


- Store credit: 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing: Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods: Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.


*You can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".

Yeah if you want to buy that app again you would need to pay money for it.

When will I get the money back?


If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:


Store credit – It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple ID balance.  


Mobile phone billing – It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.


All other payment methods – It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
