I've locked my Ipad mini

Can I unlock without a computer to connect it? I only have my other device iphone

iPad mini, iOS 9

If it is Passcode Lock, you will need to restore it using a computer. Perhaps you have a friend who could help. If not, make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for assistance. Instructions here...

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
