Hello! The message attached seams to me is a fishing one. After one minute of demonstration is elapsed it changes to AppStore automatically with a page of application named “Secured VPN Pro”. This app looks like hackers toll too, as I guess. I did not install this suspicious application but I’m worrying about Safari, how is this may happened. So my question is as follows: Do I need to clean my iPhone now and how to do this?

As long as you didn't actually download and install anything you should be OK.
The page itself is usually served as part of a pop-up ad. It can't do anything more than scare you and trick you into following the link. Clearly don't install whatever software they ask you to, and as long as you didn't do that just move on.

It is a scam message from criminals. Close the offending page, and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Never download anything based on a popup message.
