Question about Apple music subscription

Hello! I have Apple Music subscription in Estonia. But now i came to visit the Netherlands.. and i can’t listening music here with my subscription..

Apple cannot guarantee you can use a service outside your Home Country. Sometimes it works but if it doesn't then there's no guarantee.
