Cellular service

I bought the Watch from America but I am using it in Saudi. I found out the model is not supported for cellular plan. What can I do to get cellular on it??

There are 2 Apple Watch cellular radios

• Canada, U.S. Mexico, Puerto Rico

• The rest of the world

Carriers will not attempt to connect to an Apple Watch that does not use the correct radio.
