A random display on lock screen

Hi there! I am wondering as to what is displayed on my lock screen and how it got there? I will attach a photo as to what it is that I am talking about. I wasn’t playing music or hooked up to any form of bluetooth which is normally what I could think this would be from but it is also showing me random numbers? I am also asking this question for my grandmother, not me.
