how do I activate my new iPhone 12 if I accidentally skipped the activation?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you need help activating your iPhone after you set it up. If you entered your Wi-Fi information, or moved your SIM card to your new iPhone, you should have automatically gone through the activation process. Are you experiencing an issue where you’re not able to use services on your iPhone now?

If you need to go through the process to set it up again from start to finish, and you still have your iCloud backup or the ability to migrate your data from your old device, you can erase it and set it up again.
