I updated iOS on iphone 7 from 13.4.1 to 14.4 and my photos were deleted. Can I restore my photos and videos?

What to Consider:
A. Was iCloud Photos Set Up?:
- If your iPhone did not have Photos enabled with iCloud, then they would be gone. That's just the way it is :(
- Go Here: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
B. Any Backup of your iPhone?:
- If you backed up your iPhone, then restore them from that

C. Log into iCloud:
- See if they reside in iCloud.
- Go Here: https://www.icloud.com
D. Where Else to Look:
See if you have these on a different device (i.e. flash drive or another phone)
