Show My Caller ID

I am not able to turn Show My Caller ID back on due to spinning wheel. I've tried turning phone off/on several times but it is not working. Please help.

Talk to your carrier.

Caller ID is a carrier feature.

Before that try => Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

I want to switch on Show my caller Id all I get is the spinning wheel! I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max . I want to switch on show my caller id but all I get is the spinning wheel. I have tried switching the phone on and off,I’ve taken the SIM card out and put back. Switching the wifi off and the mobile data off . I’ve updated all the data. Caller ID How can I turn my caller ID back on when the loading of the button will not stop loading no matter how long I wait or when I reset my phone
