I have forgotten my icloud password few days ago. I it said i was able to reset it in 21 h. Then i received "we'll contact you at your icloud id . How do I check my email even i can't sign in ?

If you are in touch with apple support senior advisors don't try to sign it will interrupt the process , are you using two factor authentication or secondary authentication ?
You have to wait for a call from senior advisors or they will send a mail to you Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
