some iPads are able to get wireless charging and others aren't. Which ones can use the Qi certified wireless charger for iPad, watch iPhone, and which ones support wireless charging?

No model of iPad supports wireless charging.

To charge your iPad, you must make a direct connection via Lightning - or for the 2018/2020 models of iPad Pro and the 2020 iPad Air, via USB-C.
