WHY IS THE IPHONE 12 SO SLOW?

I have been having the iPhone 12 128gb for about a month and a half. During this time, I have noticed that the phone is really slow and I decided to still keep it to see what the issue was. But, I have had 10+ (no exaggeration) people who are acquaintances tell me they are experiencing the same thing, and that their previous phone is quicker. Which is very sad because at this point it is hard to justify the amount money we all dropped on top of having to be forced to buy the charger to “save the environment”, but in a society where everything is bought online, the package to deliver the charger on top of the package holding the charger does not sound like it is helping the environment yet alone all the emissions these shipping companies have to go through to deliver said package . My old phone was a 8 plus 64 gb and the memory is full so obviously the phone is going to slow down on top of whatever Apple does to make it slow to save the battery which is conniving but nevertheless I understand(ish), but regardless of all tht, my 8 plus is still quicker than my 12 128 gb.

Sorry for the TED talk, but...

APPLE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE EVERY IPHONE 12 OWNER I KNOW IS GOING THROUGH THIS.

Any advice to speed up the 12? Tried everything from: restarting and leaving phone offf for 30secs-Min then turning it on, factory reset, and even talked to so called Apple experts who only regurgitate to do those 2 things and doesn’t know what to advice after I told them I already did that multiple times. Even Apple employees at the store told me secretly to just return it because there’s nothing the company to do other than me returning it and/or UPGRADING AGAIN TO GET THE iPhone 12 Pro Plus....
