I am not able to delete apps. When I press and hold as instructed, I do not get “delete app” as an option. I only get “share app” and “edit Home Screen” as choices.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
