My Cellular data will not connect with this update for the iPhone iOS 14.4

My phone always does this with an update whenever there any kind of update to the iPhone I’m very upset multiple times this happen I was at work or on a important phone or zoom meeting I contact 611 there was no help I have to always go to the T-mobile for them to reset it and update it three the computer
