Macbook keyboard

Hello,

before i ask my question, i will give a little bit of information about my situation.

I am currently living in turkey however i am not turkish therefore i do not speak the language. I wanted to get a macbook pro however since apple in turkey doesn’t have English keyboards i thought i would get one from dubai. Someone has bought the macbook in dubai for me and has brought it here. The problem is, the keyboard is arabic. I wanted to know, does apple in dubai have English keyboards and also does apple in dubai ship to turkey?
