Need to fix payment method issue

I can’t download any app from AppStore? It showing my payment method was declined I don’t know why payment is declined? That’s my correct information why it showing me like that? I removed my payment method I can’t download any application

If you still have a problem contact Apple:


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select an option and keep on working your way down the menu until you get to one saying your "topic isn't listed". This will present you with support by chat or telephone call.
