LINES ON BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN
I have lines on the bottom of my Macbook air screen and one large line on the left side of my screen.

Connect an external display and enable mirroring. If the lines only appear on the built-in display, then you have a hardware issue with the built-in display that will need to be repaired by apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
