set up new iphone 11. trouble with phone and messages. Removed the new 5G sim and placed old one. No trouble after that.

How can I use the 5G sim?

Since iPhone 11 is NOT 5G capable, you don't use a 5G sim in a phone which isn't able to use 5G service.
