I can’t reset my watch. It kept on saying due to several attempts your watch is locked. You need to reset it but it won’t do it. What should I do?

My watch kept on saying “due to several use of wrong passcode, your watch is locked. Reset it and pair it again . It won’t let me. What should I do?
