Can I use my apple 61W USB-C Power Adapter to charge my iPhone 11?

if it does not output higher than 5volts and the connector fits it's fine,

watt == volt * amps

and the amount of amps the charger can provide has no bearing on the amount of amps the device will draw it will not draw more than it was created to draw

so a 610W charger would be fine too
