Never used you before and dont want to start by making a monthly bill. I need i cloud payment to stop. Needed my devise backed up and probably never use it again so please, Im not interested in cloud. I used to have I tunes and with window 10 update it deleted a few programs including I tunes, and because of that I lost all my music I had stored on my i phone, now Im not knowledgeable to get me music back, just another problem I dont need.

In regard to your missing music, do you subscribe to Apple Music?
If so, did you delete your library on the computer prior to deleting iTunes? If you did, this would result in the library also being deleted on any other devices with Apple Music set up.
If not, let us know if you have since synced your iPhone with another computer.
