I accidentally signed out of my iCloud account and signed back in but all my notes were gone.. BUT they’re on the iCloud website.How to I recover them back on my phone? They weren’t deleted because they’re still on my account just not my phone I need help

Three Thoughts:
A. Disable Cellular:
Try disabling Cellular, and using Wi-Fi instead, seeing if that makes all the difference. Cellular always overrules Wi-Fi.
B. Try manually restarting your iPhone:
C. Log Out, then in to, iCloud:
Try logging out of, and then in to iCloud. Be certain Notes is selected. Perhaps this all needs to resync.

Please Clarify:
Do your Part: Which one worked? Please provide the answer, as your answer would help many out there, for certain, on your part.
The notes setting is still on but my notes aren’t coming back. Again.. I can see them when I go on safari and go to iCloud.com but for some reason they won’t sync.

Go to Settings>Your name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>Notes>On. They should download from iCloud when you enable that settings.
