iPad Pro extended display
I connected my ipad to an external monitor, but it can only mirror the display. Can I set it as an extended display? Thank you.

No.
The iPad/iPadOS can only mirror its own display.
Sorry.
Thank you. But I am not connecting my iPad to Mac, I am connecting my iPad to a monitor.
Can I set the monitor as an extended display? Now it can only mirror the iPad's display.
