Restoring iPad with iTunes

iPad Air 2 - it was disabled and asked me to connect to iTunes - which I did and it shows it’s connected on iTunes -

it gives me an option to eject, update or restore. When I click on any of them nothing, it looks like it will do something, but then after a couple of seconds nothing happens?
