Chinese mainland phone number? And clash of clans broken?

I downloaded the new iPhone update last week, and now my phone is requesting a Chinese mainland phone number. I’ve never been anywhere near China. Checked my location in settings and it still says I’m in the US... since the update, clash of clans also doesn’t work. Loads the game, I can see my base for a few seconds, then the screen goes white and I’m locked out. Please help, this is very frustrating. Thank you to anyone who can help!

The Chinese phone number request shows up in Apple ID suggestions as well as it says I need to approve a terms and conditions from GCBD in China.... I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve tried all the suggestions you listed for clash of clans and none of that worked. Even reset my phone to factory settings and that didn’t work either. I found my old iPhone 7 and it works fine on there, but that phone doesn’t have service so I can only use it on WiFi at my house.
