Unable to access YouTube with the iPhone app and Google signed in how to do this

After using a computer to login to my Gmail I am unable to access my iPhone 6s YouTube account and I get only buffering. I changed the password for my account and did so on both safari and Google account touch id

Google Sign In hangs when signing in to YouTube I have an issue that I can't seem to find information on anywhere. I can't sign in to my Google account through YouTube on my iPhone. It works on my computers though and I have a completely healthy Google account according to its security check-up. I'll get to the enter email address stage in that app or browser and after tapping next, it just hangs on loading and never gets anywhere. I've tried reinstalling the app, switching entire phones, restoring phones, etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

YouTube account I have problem to sign in my YouTube account they gave me massage that need clear browser and cookies and l cleared everything but still the problem on the other hand a sign in by android devices and work smoothly
