Install popups after Catalina update

What are the Install popups that keep appearing on the desktop after the last Catalina update.

I get a pop up when i wake up the computer to install Java SDK, and then a link to adobe for more info. When i wake up the computer there is a popup asking me to install a Java SDK. How do i get rid of it. The link takes me to Adobe acrobat where there is no download option for the Java SDK. This is a brand new MacBook Pro running catalina. I just migrated my files from my old computer. thanks

How do I hide the software update notification in system preference? I recently downloaded Catalina to my iMac and it screwed everything up, so I had to revert back to Mojave. Ever since I went back, I keep getting that software update notification that pops up in system preferences. I used to the command to hide the Catalina update from the software section so I wouldn't accidentally download it again. The Catalina update is missing, but I am still getting that notification that's in my system preferences that an update is still available. Does anyone know how to get rid of that?
