Start here:--> Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

or (if you've enabled iCloud Photos) here:--> Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support

Then download them to your computer like you would do with any digital camera.
