is there more than 1 way to upgrade from Sierra to Mojave?

Is there more than one way to go from 10.12.6 Sierra to 10.14 Mojave? I have a

mid-2012 MacBook Pro.

The only way to upgrade to macOS 10.14 Mojave is by downloading the Mojave installer. You can find a link to the various macOS 10.11 to 11.2 installers within this Apple article that also includes instructions for creating a bootable macOS USB installer:

I recommend creating a macOS USB installer so you have more options if something goes wrong.


Make sure to have a good backup before attempting to upgrade macOS.
