Regarding my iPhone os update

i want to update my iPhone 6 iOS 12.5 to above 13 because I am unable to use online transactions. When I try to install banking app they’re getting pop up these apps are running on iOS 13 or above . Please provide me solution because I gifted this mobile to dad two years back now he want to use these.
