Card removal

Hi. I cannot remove my visa card from phone. I changed my card,added it to account,but still getting the error that i have an active subscription..my new card is active,how can indelete the old visa card?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

make the new card the default payment method for your Apple ID and then you should be able to remove the old one. Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

Did you add a new card to your Apple account and mark it as the default card? At that point, you should be able to remove the old card. But if the old card is still marked as default, you cannot remove it until you have added a new card and then marked it as the default card.
